Great service from start to finish. Room was very clean and has everything you could want to include a full sized fridge and small stove. The only ding on room is very small TV with some worn out pixels that affected the picture. Breakfast was decent if not great.

If it's good enough for Erika Kirk, it's good enough for me. Great centralized location to hold meetings and make plans.

Adrian was fantastic . Great help and he was patient with me since I didn't have all my documents readily available. I've been here so many times and the customer service is always the best! Wish the pool was open but it is what it is. Personally I don't like the handicap rooms if your not handicapped but I guess they are pretty full right now. Great dinning area and breakfast is quick and easy with some healthy options. Gym is better than nothing and the equipment all works. The laundry is easy to use but recommend using it on a Tuesday or Thursday since the machines are usually being used on other days. The rest of the staff of helpful and friendly and the rooms are cleaned well. I definitely like that I can put my trash outside my door and it gets picked up! Huge relief not to have to deal with it.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The cleaning services were top-notch—everywhere felt spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. The breakfast was decent, offering enough variety to start the day off right. What really stood out was the customer service: the staff was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel also offers plenty of free parking spaces, which made things so convenient. The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities I needed, and while not overly luxurious, they were very decent for the price. The overall value, combined with great service and convenience, made my experience here truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Very clean and quiet room. Everything we needed during our five day visit was at our fingertips. The staff was wonderful and super accommodating. Brought our dog and she was impressed too. More important, we had the privilege and honor of staying amongst the greatest human beings on the planet. I'm a retired Coast Guard officer, but...Go Army! Thanks, great stay and will do it again.

I stayed here for 6 months 10 years ago when it was just completed. Today, the hotel still look as good as 10 years ago. Upgraded to the VIP floor this time round, and the room is really much bigger with a living area. More amenities in the kitchenette and bathroom, still comfortable and fresh bed and upgraded TV channels. The coffee offered during breakfast still tasted like water though, some things don’t change?

Had a great experience! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The lobby is very well kept with a mini shop where you can buy snacks and some toiletries. The best part is they serve breakfast from 0630-0930, 7 days a week. There is also laundry rooms at no cost on the 1st and 3rd floor. If you need a gym, theirs have dumb bells, treadmills, and a cable machine.

Never been here before, but hoping that you all can clear up a very important issue that is going on regarding your hotel. It seems as though there is a question as to if Erica Kirk was at your hotel on the evening of September 8th, 2025. This would have been in the main lobby. I believe and the person thought he saw her leave and get in a green truck. Of coarse you have footage(being a hotel) and it would be amazing if you could release that for the public to see. It probably wasn't her and that would really clear some stuff up.
